What to expect during your first visit.
We’re glad that you’ve chosen Towne Center Animal Hospital to treat and care for your pets! For your first visit, please remember to bring any of your pet’s previous medical or adoption records. You can also print out and complete our ‘New Client Pet Form’ before your visit. By providing us with this information, we can begin to create a comprehensive patient history for your pet. In addition, please bring your pet in a carrier or on a leash to prevent incidents with other animals in the lobby.
When you arrive, you’ll be checked in at the front desk by one of our helpful staff. One of our veterinary technicians will escort you and your pet into an exam room when it becomes available. The veterinary technician will take a patient history, vital signs, and measure your pet’s weight. Next, Dr. Z will perform a wellness exam on your pet. During the exam, you can consult the doctor with any questions or concerns you have about your pet’s health. Dr. Z may discuss diagnostic or treatment options for your pet at this point.
After the exam, a veterinary technician will return to provide you with educational materials and answer any questions you may have regarding pet care. You will then meet our client care specialist, who will arrange payment options and any future appointments you may wish to schedule.

As a very broke person with a soft spot for cats in bad places, I’m very glad to know about Towne Center. Doctor Z is thorough, straightforward, and frank about what my cats need and why. I’ve brought a cat into surgery twice and both times the cat has recovered quickly from anesthesia and healed cleanly and in demonstrably better health.
The vet techs have been able to handle even my most skittish cats with minimal stress, the desk staff have always been patient and happy to help me with scheduling and records, and the discounted vaccine packages are very nice. Overall I really appreciate a vet clinic that is comprehensive but never feels like it’s trying to squeeze money out of me.
Love this place and my kitties… well they don’t love going to towne center but they’re very healthy and happy so

Being new to the area, it was important to me to find a great vet for my dogs. I couldn’t be happier with everyone at Towne Center Animal Hospital! They care so much for animals, they do not push unnecessary tests or services, and they aways share the cost of procedures or tests prior to doing them. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they always make sure to get us in quickly when my dogs need to be seen. So happy we found them!
